• Kumasi (Same-day or Next-day Delivery)
• Other major towns and cities across Ghana (1–3 working days)

🕒 Delivery Timeframes

• Kumasi Orders: Same day or next day delivery (orders placed before 2pm).
• Nationwide Orders: Delivered within 1–3 working days via trusted courier partners.

💰 Delivery Fees

• Kumasi: GHS 10 – 20 fee (free delivery for orders above GHS 500)
• Other Regions: Based on location and package weight (calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp)

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 12 hours after confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation call or message after placing your order.

💳 Payment Options

• Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Cash on Delivery (available only within Kumasi)
• Prepaid Orders for outside Kumasi (Momo or bank transfer)

🔁 Returns & Issues

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 3 days (Kumasi only).
